I want to open a unique food boutique, a scratch bar that makes what you buy or offers a daily, made from scratch menu. Being a scratch bar means I.can accomodate all variations of diet needs and even variations of sizes of meals can be accommodated. I want it to be part General store, part grocery store, w a market feel, except I want to have a restaurant, specifically a scratch bar...think of like how Woolworths used to be, like a diner feel, but add into the mix, a liquor bar. At night there can be entertainment, comedy, local music. And the general store is always open, as is the ability to make your food for you and delivery it too. I know it sounds out there, but I think people might like the idea...what do you think??
