I want to say something about the Holidays we are about to share. As for Thanksgiving, I refuse to celebrate it in the spirit it has for ages been traditionally celebrated. I am thankful for the ones I love and the good things that are in my life, this is my reason for the THANKSGIVING, however I do not celebrate the killing, raping, taking away of our lands, our Native lands of my ancestors. Anyone who celebrates in this way is WRONG!!!! As for Christmas, I do not Celebrate Christ Birth as I am not a Christian; I celebrate Christmas for my daughters sake as a time for special giving because she is my ultimate joy. Otherwise this season is such a depression, it is the season that people put themselves into debt, and make the next year miserable trying to pay off what they could not afford in the first place, mass mob and bring ill will to others during Black Friday, steal from each other to provide presents for their families. Now if I were Jesus this would make me terribly sad and mad that people do this all in his name. Think about what REALLY goes on during these supposedly HIGH Holy Days, not too Christian is it. Ok I have said my peace. Hope the Spirit that you celebrate is true to what these days mean and you do not cause any harm over them, including hurting your families with overspending and putting yourselves into the loop of debt, money problems kill families.
