I want to say welcome to all my new fans and tell you a little bit about myself and why I started this page! I am Surviving Sassy, My name is Sharron but most people just call me mouse. (It started out as Mighty Mouse and got shortened) I am a survivor and I have been breast cancer free for 8 years. I started this page as a non-profit because of the kindness of strangers. I was at a motorcycle ride benefiting breast cancer back in August and because I was a Survivor I had to people there show me kindness that is lacking in this word and it touched me that they would do something for someone they didnt even know. So it got me thinking and I wanted to return the favor in a grand way. So I revamped my page and changed it over to non-profit so I could help other. I figured I dont have to fight for me anymore so I want to fight for others. I watched my mother in-law loose her fight with cancer and watched as the family struggled with medical bills and money for medication and other things that were needed. So I have made the decision to help other families as they struggle to keep things stable for their families so they dont lose everything. I started my Sassy Angels so I can pick one person that is fighting with cancer and needs a little extra help. It doesnt matter what kind of cancer you have, I want to help! It is bad enough having to fight for your life you dont need the extra stress of worrying if you will be able to pay the bills this month. I am here to help! Thank you all that support the cause! God Bless! **{{How many of you have been affected by cancer?}}** It doesnt matter what kind or if it was you, a family member, or a friend. ~ We want to help!~ Here at Surviving Sassy as I grow; my goal is, by January 2014 I want to start picking my Sassy Angels and sponsoring them for the month. That means as I get things going I will need every ones help. Each month as I sponsor a Sassy Angel a portion of all sales and donations will go to that family in need. As long as you have been directly affected by cancer we will help, with medical bills and house hold bills to help make dealing with cancer a little easier. There are many ways you can help....(1.)
