I want to send a huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Halloween Havoc party at the Y center today. Our tickets show we had 315 people come to our event and that doesnt include everyone who didnt eat. We gave away over 2,500 lbs of snack and candy and food bags for our trick or treaters to take home. Special thanks to all our incredible volunteers and table host: T.J. Reese (Motorshop Electrical), Khyrinn Herring (Lakeview Middle School), Amber Miller and guests (Freedom School), Victor Anthony (Creating Change), Tammy Schoonard Jimenez and guests (Charitable Union), Cristina Daniel and Veta Daniel (Couponing Naturally), Robert Potter and guests (Herbalife), Jessica Brown, Dennisha (Dennishas Village), Cashmere, Shamecia Fields, Dan Boyd (Creating Change) and his son, Joseph DjDiph McKinney III and his family, Shauneene Peterson-Crowe, Laura (Local Social Activist), Battle Creek Police Department, OT from Up n Smoke BBQ, Travon (son of Carolyn Washington), Sheri Harris JONAH, Sherri Sherban (Access Vision) the excellent staff at the Y-Center which included an excellent young man from KCCs baseball team and the fabulous staff at Grand Rental. We appreciate each and every one of you and everything you did to help with this event.
