I want to take note that food is not just what we put in our mouths. Food can also be the relationships we are in, the career that we have chosen, stress, sleep, and exercise. I want to take a moment to focus on the relationships in your life. The relationship with your partner or spouse, friends, family, and most importantly, yourself. Are those relationships healthy? Positive? Fulfilling? Do the people you surround yourself challenge you and force you to be better in a good way? The relationship with yourself should be a priority. After all, if you are not taking care of yourself, not one will. So you must implement daily strategies that nurture your mind, body, and soul. Maybe set aside 15-30 minutes a day to meditate, pray, or read a good book. MAKE time in your day to feed your mind and soul, not just your body.
