I want to thank all of my volunteers, supporters and donors for their support. There are too many people to thank, however I do have to name a few; Leda, my wife mainly for putting up with me. Don for the networking, sign placements and guidance. Heather and Jenny for hours spent working on our mailings. Lucas, Pam, and Jodell for helping with parades. I also have to thank my children, for helping with literature drops and putting up signs. Lastly, I want to thank everyone in the 27th District that came out and voted. This chapter may have ended for me, however the book is still being written. We have a long road ahead of us until the November election and an even longer one to 2016. We need to come together as a party and create a unified voice in order to be victorious. As I went door to door in my campaign I did not find many Republican voters under 35. This is a trend we need to change. Internal battles between “Conservatives” and “Republicans” need to cease or we will not attract the moderates and independents that we need. In the end, we all want to hold true to our Constitution and to do what’s best for our state and country. Please get involved, get your friends and families involved. It really doesn’t take much. Make a few phone calls, talk to your neighbors, and attend party meetings. Every little bit helps and for the future of our state and nation it’s worth the time. To close, I want to thank Tyler for running a clean and honest campaign. I fully support him and have promised to help out in any way between now and the November election.
