I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming support the last week. Im of course disappointed in my performance as i know I could have fought better and made adjustments but thats very easy for a fighter to say in his living room when he is no longer in the heat of battle. Dusty took away my straight left hand which is vital to my offence he also wasnt throwing a straight right hand which I was waiting on to counter with my left uppercut to the liver which is a humbling shot when I land it flush. The kind of shot I only have to get in once or twice to have my opponent second guessing and being tentative. He threw looping and uppercut like right hands instead which are very hard to time and counter which made me the tentative one waiting for the right opportunities rather than create them. I have no one to blame but myself and should have been able to make the proper adjustments but just couldnt get in a consistent rhythm. It is what it is and off course my opponent had a say in the matter but I was and am capable of much more and just didnt have it last night. I dont need excuses or alibis for a loss or bad performance like most fighters come up with rather then look at themselves in the mirror and admit they lost because the other guy was the better man . Dusty was the better man last night and deserved the victory , I learned a lot from this and it will make me better and smarter both in and out of the ring. Im going to take 3 or 4 weeks to myself as my life has been total chaos the last few weeks and Ive also been training pretty much non stop since September. I will have an announcement on my next fight with in the next couple of weeks which will be in March and then put in six hard weeks of training after this rest. Again I want to thank every one for there support and I want to thank David Schuster, Brendan A. Franklin,Greg Cohen,Mario Ferone for all there help and efforts as well as my trainers Jorge Gallardo, Jake Rodriguez and cutman George MItchell.
