I wanted to bring to your attention a substand hotel that you are offering to customers. I checked into the Hacienda Inn and Suites at approximently 11:30pm on the 26th of March. I was traveling alone and had just come from the airport. The first room I was put in was nasty. It smelled horrible of smoke, had a dirty floor and water damage in the bathroom. The cabinet in the bathroom was falling apart. I called your customer service department, who called the manager and was told that maybe they would refund me the money for a new hotel, maybe not. Feeling like I had no other choice, I agreed to go to another room. This room, was smaller, but seemed cleaning than the first. I walked around and agreed to stay there. The next morning I woke up nauseas and with a headache like none I have ever had. I got up to take a shower and discovered mold in the shower enclosure. IT was absolutely disgusting. I packed my bags and went to the front counter. I told the man in the front that I could not stay in a moldy room. I once again called customer service as I sat next door in a Jack in the Box, stranded with my luggage. I was able to get the 4 nights refunded that I did not use, but was told I still had to pay for the night in the hotel. I ended up having to find my own hotel which cost me almost twice what I had budgeted. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I continued to have problems until I had to make arrangements to fly home early. This cost me an additional cost as well. I do not ever plan on using your site again and believe me when I say I will make sure that everytime I get a chance I will let people know to not use Hotel. Your customer service reps were not helpful to me at all. They made me feel horrible that I was asking to be moved and were not an advocate at all for the nasty conditions. Your site offered this substandard hotel, which caused me to get sick, caused me to incur additional cost and caused me to cut my vacation short. Please do not offer this hotel to anyone. Sorry, but youve lost me as a customer.
