I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to an amazing realtor, Wendy Spain. My mother-in-laws house had to be sold quickly in order to help pay for her care at an Assisted Living facility. After a failed attempt with a prior realtor where the house sat on the market untouched for a very long time, we brought on Wendy and her partner. They worked hard to sell this property quickly, and with much relief, it has now been closed! We were very impressed with her diligence quickness, and support, not to mention the peace of mind she gave to Hubby in this very difficult time. Looking to buy or sell??? I HIGHLY recommend her!!!
