I wanted to say one thing about this strike. I knew from day 1 that the teachers were in the right. I was supported by my good friend Greg Freels who was on the negotiations committee and did all the leg work on this. I received additional support from people who know finance that the district had the money. Thank you Christopher Currie Craig Henderson and Reid Broda. My family offered financial support which I did not need, but wanted to thank anyways. Biaggis step up with moral support. Manda Elizabeth Kristi Titus Virginia Soldan Kelly Ringel all changed their profile pics for me. My cousin Cindy Pool and my long ago school friend Rick Spanhak and my good friend Cheryl L. Greenway showed their support, and as always, I want to thank all my brothers and sisters out on the line with me everyday. We did this! We fought the good fight. We suffered. We supported each other. We did what was right. To my Friends who I have not mentioned or forgot to mention every day you asked and showed compassion I used it to carry on. Finally, to Barbara Merritt Turner my lovely wife, I am sorry I had to put you and Abby through this, but I think we were made stronger for it. I love you. Hopefully, I will never need to do this again. Thoughts and Prayers that the teachers agree with this TA and we start the healing.
