I wanted to share some helpful things for women over 35 yrs old. Never wash ur face with soap, only facial wash or just hot water. STOP drinking regular soda pop, choose diet soda and get use to the taste, or flavored water and definitely bottled water. Also stop eating fried food all the time, if you want to eat fried food, just eat it twice a week and you will see a change, and put more green veggies in ur diet and fruit instead of candy. Im 15 pounds away from what I weighed when I was in school and it was easy to do it. Remember! Ladies I love you, so start looking and feeling better! To change what is on the inside: Empathize with others and show understanding and love, not everyone who is mad is mad because of you! So when others have nasty attitudes show them by smiling and saying I love you and that will make them see things differently. Pray, pray, pray! Its hard to push yourself or choose to be better when so many other things are on your mind but I believe in you! Just like I believe in my self.....
