I wanted to thank Marion County Humane Society and Rescue - a no-kill shelter, for giving me such a wonderful experience being owned by my cat Remi. I lost him yesterday to cancer at the young age of 3, but I will always carry him in my heart. This is why we adopt, to make a difference for them but also to make ourselves better- even if to some they are just a cat or dog. This picture is right after his party, he was cleaning up tuna and treats. So thanks again MCHS- you guys know I love ya.
