I wanted to thank each of you for the kindness shown through text, calls and cards when my dad passed away after an extended illness on Aug 8th. As most of you know we didnt get a chance to grieve him, as 2 days after my dads funeral my sweet mom suffered a massive stroke and joined my dad on Sept 6th . I have a wonderful heritage my folks gave me, just by watching thier daily lives, they never had much but they honored god and even when money was tight they paid thier tithe first. They taught us being a christian was a way of life, and were committted to the Lord. My brothers and I witnessed it unfold in our lives. I am going to miss them more than I can allow myself to think about. But, I have been blessed with wonderful memories, smiles and laughter. Momma and Daddy you did good, hope you are having a wonderful reunion in heaven. I am sure our Heavenly Father met you both and said Well done my good and faithful servants.
