I was a prefect in my final year of school and we mentored a year 7 class for a year.... They just graduated and I received this message... I am so proud of them and honoured to spend time with them all!!! Hey Anna, 😊 You probably dont remember me, but I was in the yr 7 class you and Riley were prefect for in 2009. (7SEH) I graduated last night (crazy, I know) and I just wanted to say a huge thank you 😃 😃 As a young student I looked up to you so much and you really made it easier for me to understand and feel comfortable in the broader college. I had the honour of being a prefect this year and was elected school captain, and I honestly dont think I wouldve if I hadnt had such fab role models in my first year. Our whole tutor group remembers that year so fondly ❤ (one of best tutor groups ever) Its so nice to see a young female pushing the boundaries in sport, as well as pursuing tertiary education. And its amazing to think she took the time every week to come and visit us little ratty year sevens all those years ago. Congrats on all your amazing success, Im sure youve inspired thousands more people than me 😊 Best of luck with your hockey and everything else, Ill be watching 😃 Marni Mount
