I was advised by SingTel staff from the Mobile team that refund takes up to 3 weeks and that your finance team is making an exception for me to give me a refund back in cheque. 3 weeks is too long too. SingTel expect consumers to pay up immediately and yet you take 3 weeks to refund us. Fair? This is a big joke Singtel is making. Singtel owes me money and yet you expect me to abide by your protocols by paying first then waiting over 3 weeks? Has anyone else had such issues before?
