I was appointed as an expert witness in an attempted murder case in L.A. a few months ago; I provided the court a written expert opinion. Although no one factor can be pointed out to say that is what led to the dismissal, I believe of all the experts I appointed, you were integral in getting the case dismissed. Michael Ferranto Deputy Public Defender Los Angeles, California Case No. ba412924, Jerome Arp, 664/187 [initially charged as attempted wilful, deliberate and premeditated murder (1st degree) but later reduced to attempted murder (2nd Degree) after a 995 motion, case was dismissed and not refiled. This has to be one of the great highlights of my career as a Forensic Artist. The case was a complicated one, but suffice it to say that I was so proud to see that justice was done.
