I was asked who the Yellow Shirts and how they could have influence into the rice pledging scheme and weather there is likely to be violence after the corrupt impeachment vote. Here is what I told the Yellow Shirt who ask me this. The yellow shirts are the Bureaucrats who implement government policy. You obviously have absolutely no understanding of how a government actually works. I think you have the fantasy that it is the politicians who actually do the administration of government. No this is incorrect and quite childish. It is the Bureaucracy that administers the administration of government. Henkjan go to a book shop that sells grade 8 books on politics, this will explain the basic workings of politics and government. This seems to be the area you need to start to learn about how government works But honestly Henkjan you seem to have about the same level of understanding as most Yellow Shirts of the workings of government and politics. This is why there are so many problems in Thai politics. So to correct you in the very simplistic manner in which you can only understand Henkjan Yes the Bureaucratic Yellow shirts have everything to do with the rice pledging scheme. They are the ones who actually were buying the rice and arranging the storage of the rice and also in most (but not absolutely all) cases of selling it as well. So it in fact the bureaucrats who implement the policy NOT the politicians. So to address government corruption, the first place that needs to be dealt with in not actually the politicians it is in fact the bureaucrats. Is the corrupt Yellow Junta looking at this at all? The answer is NO. What the corrupt illegal Junta and NLA are doing is in fact paying the corrupt yellow bureaucrats more money and rewarding them for their loyal service for protesting for 6 months to bring the needed civil Kaos to bring in your coup. This Kaos also includes the M79 mortar attacks that were vital for sufficient civil Kaos to justify the coup. This is why your yellow leaders ordered the M79 grenade attacks into your protests. If these attacks did not happen, then there would have not been any coup. Consequently if these mortar attcks did happen then a coup was inevitable. So if red shirts did this. They gave the yellow shirts the civil kaos they needed to win their illegally appointed NLA so they could put in place these fake reforms. This is how any moron can tell that it was not the Red Shirts that did the mortar attacks. Because they only had everything to lose. But the yellow leaders had everything to gain from the mortar attacks. Like Suthep said. There is no win win it is winner takes all. Why did he say this from the beginning of the protests. Because he knew he will be charged for insurrection and murder of innocent protesters. Thank you Henkjan for giving me another chance to explain what truthfully has been happening in Thai politics.
