I was assaulted at Metropolitan Hospital after I refused the command of a very hostile black male security guard to relinquish my computer. Apparently they had already decided to incarcerate me because the police believed the story of the Jewish Nazi who had instigated a fight with me when they brought me to the hospital. I was set upon by 5 white hospital employees I assumed were nurses or something, and after they through me to the ground, and poked me repeatedly all over my body, they continued their harassment by standing me up and twisting my arms behind my back. Here is my connection with Garner, unluckier than I because he was assaulted by police officers instead of nurses: I said Ouch! several times loudly enough to let them know they were hurting me. They just continued, ignoring me. This is a kind of Protestantism in a way: an absence of humanity based on the assumption that if a person is suffering at your hands, he is being disobedient. So tighten the screws, this is a zero tolerance society with broken windows medical care. I should say that a few minutes earlier I had been subjected to a threat of medical violence. I had been ordered by a white male nurse in the ER to give a urine sample. I went to do so but the levy was dry. I returned and informed him. He would have none of it. He said if I did not give him the sample he would insert a catheter and take it by force. That would have caused me, as I know from previous experience, unspeakable pain and probably injury. I have the authority of a doctor on that. Medical violence is the intentional use of medical instruments for the purpose of causing pain or injury. I had further violent encounters in this hospital. I will be describing this in a story that will soon be on my blog. Afterwards I discussed this with an attorney. He is a Reform Jew who is a prominent lay leader at his Manhattan synagogue. One of those pseudo-left liberals you find among Reform Jews. He told me that I couldnt realistically expect to sue the hospital because they had broken any bones. Thinking, so that is how America is today: it is assumed that people will be harassed, violated, etc. by authorities and treated like a criminal. I then thought: I hate America.
