I was challenged a few weeks back by Nick Onufrovich and more recently by Kevin Smith (hence that fact I challenge HIM in this video). I completed the challenge but elected not to post because I felt it was the easy way out so I decided to donate and stay aware of this disease. What you DONT know is that my beloved Grandmother passed of ALS many years ago so it hits close to home. What an amazing outpouring of kindness. What truly inspired me were people like Andrew Verlander and Erica Paris and many many others who did the challenge and ALSO donated! So I have decided to post my video! I nominate Aaron Whodat Piper, Joi Graham, Alli Manz and Mark Harris to complete AND donate whatever you can in the name of ALS research! No timeline.....just do it. I would also like to present a new challenge.....not sure what the physical aspect should be so msg me and weigh in but how about research into underlying depression and addiction. Raise awareness that many suffer not just on the outside but deep inside as well and help is out there. Robin Williams was such a favorite of mine and thankfully will live on through video and memories. Facebook friends......hug the person next to you, reach out to the sad face you see in the hall everyday. We all hurt. Some more than others. Reach out and smile...... God knows how far that will go!!!
