I was curious as to who actually started the whole chemtrail conspiracy and I found the source. It all started in the mid 1990s. Its been going on for almost 20 YEARS! It all began in the 1990s when “investigative journalists” like William Thomas began describing purported plots by the government to inject poisons into the atmosphere via the exhaust trails of jet planes.
