I was doing some reading on the Ebola Virus and realized that one major step in fighting the virus is to be able to notice it as soon as possible in any place. the faster we are able to discover infected persons and isolate them in treatment centers the better it is to save more lives and contain the Viurs. This information from Dr. Sylvia Olayinka Blyden, working with the president as his Special Executive Assistant (SEA) is very helpful to help us prevent ourselves and our love one in those affected areas. I spoke to a very Senior medical person about the situation in Sierra Leone and he said the best we can do as citizens/Non medical persons is to first prevent ourselves, spread the awareness on the Virus and Pray. He said he will not advice anyone without medical training to go close to infected areas or persons as the Virus is very contagious when a person starts showing signs of the virus.
