I was gained 25 kgs during pregnancy and lost 23 kgs in 2 years (2 kgs still remains). I used to take diet pills and injection to maintain my weight before I have baby. After all I came to a conclusion that the secret of maintaining your weight is ONLY by exercise and changing your lifestyle. In my case 4-5x a week yoga practice, no heavy meal after 6 pm and cooked your own meal most of the time (you have no idea what kind of ingredients that they put on your meal when youre eating outside) are the secret of maintaining my healthy weight. Theres no shortcut to achieve an ideal and healthy body. You really need to take an effort..
