I was getting horrible headaches almost daily. I was exhausted all the time. I needed a nap just to make it through the day. I had problems with my digestive tract; going to the bathroom was maybe a once a week thing.... I was miserable. Oh not to mention the ridiculous amount of extra weight I was carrying. Fast forward to today after using Plexus. ... Headaches gone (only have had 5 in 9 months as opposed to 4/5 a week). More energy than I have had in years! I can play with my 4 kids now without needing to rest after 10 minutes! I can go to the bathroom everyday no problems! My skin is cleared up; I am not bloated anymore! 25 inches are gone already! I am still losing slow and steady and I feel better than I have in a decade! I am healthier now and so much happier. 9 months ago I never could have imagined being where I am, and I know 9 months from now Ill be even closer to my goals. I wish I had started Plexus when I first heard about it, but I was too skeptical. I finally gave in and am so thankful I did! (for the record, I HATE having my picture taken so it was hard to find a picture of me to compare to. The picture of me in purple was taken summer of 2013, and the one in blue was beginning of August 2014. I am super embarrassed by the before picture, but if it helps one person take a chance on better health, it is all worth it!!!) ***** One thing I forgot. .. I had 2 pinched nerves in my back that made it extremely painful sometimes almost impossible to move sometimes. I havent had a single pain for over a month (of suffered almost 5 years with the pain so this is huge! ) The Slim and Fast relief reduce inflammation so that helped to reduce and rid me of the pain from the inside out!
