I was going somewhere today and couldnt find parking where I normally park so I ended up driving around and parking on another street. As I was walking toward the building, an elderly lady sitting in a walker at the bus stop stopped me, she said ... Excuse me, do you have a dollar? And I started to look through my purse but had no cash. She said I need to get to the hospital. So I said...Does anyone have a dollar to help this lady get on the bus??? Two people just kind of acted like they didnt hear but one man pulled out his wallet and handed her a dollar. She said, I have cancer....breast cancer. I asked, you have cancer? She said yes. I said Im going to pray for you right now and believe God to heal you. She said ok. As I started to pray for her, I lifted up my head and our eyes met, I asked her...do you believe in God? Do you believe in Jesus? She said yes. We prayed. She cried. When I was done praying she stretched our her arms to hug me and we embraced. I told her Id continue praying for her. Ill never forget the look in her eyes, so much emotion. Only God knows her story. I pray that we will all take time to STOP and be a blessing to someone in need. God gives us opportunities daily to STOP and put someone elses need before our own. I know that me not finding parking on that street was divinely orchestrated. Thank you Father. May she be healed in Jesus name. I pray that the love of God touched her life today.
