I was having a online debate about the current conditions in America. While debating one of the gentlemen who is actually a police officer posted these statistics for reference. Even that the data is a little outdated but still relevant. My question to him was if whites commit more crimes at an average of almost 3 to 1 why is it that blacks are overwhelmingly more represented in the court and prison system?
