Very neat but the organizers said that we needed to converter our pigs into a value added product and submit that. You know, pate, sausage, items like that. I laughed and replied that we already did that. I had to laugh at myself really. Funny the way we perceive ourselves. We feel that we start with "just pork" and then through our special feed and the way we care for our pigs take "just pork" and make it into something special. We just do it inside the pig. Oh well.
