I was in a really good mood today. Off from work, enjoying being at home and relaxing in the little corner of the world Wig created for our family and me. He did so much to make things special for us. He did all the work himself otherwise we would never have been in a position to afford the little extravagances we have. Earlier I read something Joan Rivers said to her daughter that if something were to happen to her, she wanted Melissa to know she had a beautiful life. And regardless of the sadness I feel at watching him suffer and ultimately losing Wig, he and I had a beautiful life. We shared the good, the bad, and the ugly (and sometimes it could get really ugly - Lol) but it was all ours. I dont know if this even makes sense but I miss our arguments as much as I miss our laughs. I think that qualifies as a blessing in disguise. Who could ask for anything more? I know a lot of my posts are whiney or preachy but I really hope in some way I can turn a light on for someone else who may not truly realize just how great their relationship is. x0
