I was just listening to Chicago news. and there was another 3 year old who was found in a pond by a guy driving by...he pulled him out of the water and done CPR...he was rushed to hospital and shortly after he passed away. There is to much of this happening. This guy on the news said that the little boy apparently really liked the water. These little ones have got to be watched a little better. I mean how can a 3 year old get out of the house with out the parent knowing? I think all kids should have to take swimming lessons by age one. This would solve the problem from kids dying from drowning. This just breaks my heart..knowing all these little kids dying from drowning.
