I was looking for a quick opinion on some hives I just discovered on my 8 year-old PN/TN allergic daughter. We just came from a Halloween party where there was unsafe food on a table near my daughters safe cookies, which were in a separate box. All she ate at the party were the cookies we brought. She was already asleep when we got her home, and I just discovered these hives on her back. Is this something I should call the doctor about now? Should I wake her and give her Benadryl or the auvi-q, or do I just watch her? She is asleep now, but occasionally scratching while sleeping. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
