Apparently the premium fee granted access to the CEOs personal base of referrals. Said another way, the member would be paying the CEO a commission for referred business. (If youre thinking this is not legal for a large number of professions, youre right.) The founder of BNI, Dr Ivan Misner, would never think of charging extra for referrals from his circle of influence. If you are offered this premium, you should ask yourself whats really going on here?
