I was never really into Yoga. I found it too slow though I was intrigued with the postures that people get into. I encountered an instructor recently who share a little about what Yoga is all about. As a result of that, I am now starting to appreciate what it is, though at a very high and shallow level. I am trying to practice three times a week (today was my second one), 30-45 minutes each time. I am just doing what he taught me from memory for now but am looking to find some routines that I can follow. While there are many to be found online, can anyone recommend something simple that I do not need to play and follow a video? I really prefer something I can remember and just do from memory. I find I can focus better that way. Appreciate any thoughts you guys may have on this. Thanks in advance and have a fantastic day!
