I was nominated by Brian Wilson for the 5 day B&W challenge. I accept. My day 1 image is from Washburn Point at Yosemite NP. The image was shot with my infrared camera and rendered into B&W. Key landmarks in the image clockwise are Half Dome, Liberty Cap, Nevada Fall, and Vernal Fall. This view also offers a very good sense of the ground you cover if you take the Mist Trail and return by the John Muir trail. Its a great 8 mile moderately strenuous hike with some vertical and I highly recommend it, with your doctors approval of course ;).
