I was nominated few times for Ice Bucket challenge, but frankly already it looks very commercial and cheap but now I am pleased to respond to this Literary Challenge which I was identified by my dear friend José Guimarães. The challenge: in your FB profile, list 10 books which somehow you carry within you in your everyday life. You can only take a few minutes and without thinking too much about it. You dont have to list the right books nor the grand literary oeuvres but the ones which somehow touched you. Once you finish, name 10 people who are to continue the challenge. The Books: 1. Hafez ( almost 20 years I read it everyday and I still have his book in my Iphone.Goethe knew him like a great master. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafez). 2. Saadi ( all his books are like bible for me Gulistan and Bustan. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saadi_Shirazi) 3. One Hundred Years of Solitude (Gabriel García Márquez). 4. From modernism to post modernism: an anthology. ( Lawrence Cahoone). 5.Noam Chomsky ( I love all his Philological, cognitive and philosophical books, specially, The Fateful Triangle and Deterring Democracy). 6. Friedrich Nietzsche ( specially Thus Spoke Zarathustra and Beyond Good and Evil) which made my teenager period. 7.Adieu Gary Cooper ( Romain Garry). 8.Journy to the East and Steppenwolf (Hermann Hesse). 9. Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omar_Khayyám). 10.Anton Chekhovs short stories. I now nominate: 1. Diogo Lamela 2. Estela Vieira 3Ryan Weddle 4Paul Meniere 5. Prof. Alena Vysotskaya 6Pejman Firouzbakhsh 7.Prof. Микола Васьків 8. Maryam Amoosa ( dont know why I can not add Abas Salimi) 9.
