I was privileged to be part of an international delegates (CIOs) confluence at the magical city of Prague, Czech Republic, hosted by WIPRO. Though agenda was business, it was great experienc to taste a flavor of Prague that is culturally ingrained with a strong historical background built much on the ehos of Bohemian spirit. Classical music and dance is part of their daily living. The city that has a thin population of 1.2 million attracts 6 million visitors through the year. Filled with intese energy, the city is awake all 24 hrs bustling with floating tourists all over. Most of Czechs are atheists or agnostics and hardly believe in any God power; despite that the cathedrals and places of worship are alive. The Bohemians believed in retaining heritage, some even as old as 1000+ years and thats the unique selling point of this city. Here is a sample, from a dinner party hosted by Wipro and co-sponsored by REDHAT at one of the most celebrated places of entertainment, the magical ZOFIN PALACE. Instruments used are classical rennaissance and the mix is of continental fusion. The performance by these beautiful dancers were out of the world.
