I was reading the #dailynews this evening and saw something i felt inclined to comment about. To some this world may feel like its becoming a crazy place to live but the truth is its always been this way. Even though its not blatantly in our face all the time racism still exist. Im not the biggest supporter of our police forces actions or our judicial system but Im not the worst either. As a AA living in NYC i have been lucky enough to come across some decent NYPD officers (Caucasian & other races) in my time. The same way i dont look at all NYPD officers or people of other races the same based off others previous actions i expect that me and my people will get the same in return. With two young precious little girls to raise i have to be more mindful of my actions and decisions in life. And i have to set an example for them to live by and teach them right from wrong in this world.
