I was recently interviewed and was asked this question! Mr. Bernard Agyei Aryee, you have really transformed your life within the past 5 years and you are doing well in business as an Entrepreneur after school even as a service personnel what is your secret? My Answer was simple: I decided to move away from my comfort zone when i came to the university after realizing that there is nothing out there for graduates especially in these modern times and i decided to put my destiny into my own hands and create my own future! Secondly, I didnt let people push me around, friends, family, teachers, lecturers, as the list goes on. I owned my life and did what my instincts directed me to do. I knew if i would be successful after school it couldnt be my certificate that will dictate that but rather my philosophy in life and mindset. My Third Answer to the Question was that I continually and I am still developing myself personally, personal development is a medicine every human being must take on daily bases. Aside what we learn in school we still have to upgrade ourselves each and every day. I failed on several business ventures but I never gave up, I did mistakes as a human being but all I did was to put myself up and change for the better. I just believed in myself that I will make it. My last take to answer the interviewer’s question was that, I MOVED WITH LIKE MINDED PEOPLE. I always make sure I spend most of my productive time with people who think in the same line with me and have the passion to transform their lives! Now I owe several companies and in partnerships several others. I never got this overnight but rather through consistent hard work and focus. Those who are close to be from 2009 will testify that Bernard has transformed through the ranks for the past years.
