I was sitting here thinking about of lot of things Ive seen and heard in ministry...some stuff God was teaching me what not to do. I know the Lord is preparing my husband and to go forth into leadership and I must say I will NEVER treat some people the way Ive been treated or seen others treated in the past. You know that there are Pastors thats responsible for the spirit of competition, jealousy and anger among the body of Christ. When they have delegated someone to do a task and the person slack in that area, its OK to replace them. But when you start saying, oh this gone be the one to do what you wouldnt, or, uh oh, yall better watch out, this is the one gone shame yall out.
