I was sustained as the Gospel Doctrine teacher today. Its a real honor to follow behind my sweet Wendy. She taught this class for 16 of the last 23 years. I love the Weaverville Ward and look forward to having this opportunity. I was also released as the Second Counselor in the YM Presidency. I will miss teaching my young Deacons, Daniel, Matt, Mike and Jordan. They are fine young men. Also attended Aaron Rosss baptism. Aaron is a fine boy with good parents. A great combination. Ate lunch with the Tomberlins. Thats always a treat. Then I went down and spent a little time with Wendy. I love to go and catch her up on the latest news. (like she doesnt already know it). Its really been a beautiful day. I love Sundays, life would be a tough rat race without them. I am a blessed man.
