I was tagged by my friend, Dee Sharp Heinz, to post 5 pictures that make me feel beautiful. In looking for pictures I learned that its not whether or not I feel like I look beautiful in the pictures, but rather I discovered that these are the pictures that made me feel beautiful on the inside. And in the end...thats the real beauty...how we feel about ourselves on the inside regardless of how we look on the outside. Real beauty lies within...its so true! 1. My baby boy, snuggling with me, tucking me comfortably under his chin. I feel beautiful here because my boy threw caring to the wind to soak up the moment of snuggling with his mom, regardless of who was watching. 2. My baby girl, playful and beautiful on the inside and out. I look at this picture and I feel beautiful because I know that I have taught her how to love and how to respect herself...regardless of what others may say. 3. Pregnant with my boy, my first born. My hubby, Greg, took such good care of me during the entire thing. Running those odd errands, stretching my toes (strange, I know...but they were soooo tight all the time), and just taking care of me with total love and devotion during a not so fun pregnancy - all while we waiting for our family increase by one. 4. The first and only time I have shot a firearm. It was definitely an invigorating feeling and I had a blast. And, I realized that Im a good shot too! Check that off my bucket list now...Shay has shot a firearm. And yes, I did feel like I climbed straight out of Charlies Angels! 5. Then and Now pics taken 20 years apart. Feeling beautiful here knowing that friendships can and do last lifetimes. Distance does not matter. Having someone that knows you like no other is such an invigorating feeling. It is a beautiful feeling. Its how we should all learn to live! If I have tagged you in this post...I challenge you to post 5 pictures that you feel beautiful in too...whatever beauty is to you!
