I was there with Barbara Tysinger Diane Bickel Kress and Diane McKenzie when we deciphered this text from Latin. Calligraphy on vellum from the 12th century -- and the type was clearer than a freshly printed page. The caligrapher had scribed rule lines to keep the text straight and stay in the margins - faint indentions you can only see with a magnifing lens. The unique keywords we used to search were Enoch and eunuch. We found the right passage with much squealing, dancing about and bantering of Latin phrases. Library fun to the nth degree!! Then we couldnt tell anyone until it could be confirmed. As I told my friends A forgotten nun is looking down on us from heaven saying They like me!
