I was thinking about joining the local Health Spa... want to tighten up a little bit... the Spa is open 24/7 and that works for me and they are offering a months free membership so I stopped by there this morning... the Health Spa is in a really nice location and the building was full of people... HOWEVER..... I was the only one in there that looked like they were in so so shape and needed a workout... everyone else there was just plain fine and healthy looking.... I mean the zero to 5% body fat people... idk about this... kinda felt like a fish outta water... not taking my clothes off in there... even the women have healthier lookn legs than I do... maybe I ought to look for a place for the JUST GETTING STARTED PEOPLE... people with a little meat on them ~ ek
