I was totally and 100% against the harness/leash things for children, like I used to talk so much crap about parents that used them and that their kids looked like dogs. Then keagan started to be able to run and throw tantrums when he didnt want to hold my hand anymore. And I was like, okay maybe I understand the point in them. Then my friend bought one and said how convenient it was for her and how much more she could do with her son. Then Keagan turned 2, and it became a whole hell of a lot harder to hold his hand and walk when he decides he doesnt want to. And theres places where he should be able to look around and explore and not be confined entirely to a stroller. So I definitely broke down and bought him a harness buddy and last night I put it on him just to make sure it fit and he got SO excited and ran to the front door to leave and actually handed me the leash part and he thought it was just great lol. My mum is still against them but Im so confident that we can finally go out and do things with him and have them not be so miserable because he doesnt want to be in the stroller or have his hand held so he throws a huge tantrum. And the monkey is totally adorable too lol.
