I was very disappointed about what happened lately at the Mayors Office. I came to the office hoping for our very delayed allowance. Sadly, it was declared that theres no allowance to release because the Department that put us in this such catastrophic situation was very busy of their programs that they were implemented. I was very shocked when a woman came in front of me and asking the people of the above mentioned office Whos always asking for the allowance?. I knew already that I am that person shes pinpointing because I am the one who goes to the Mayors Office asking whats the status of our very delayed allowance. The woman confronted me in front of many people in the office. I felt humiliated on how she confronted me. She said to me that I cannot wait. She said also that, its better that the program we are under will finish as soon as possible so that theres no burden to shoulder. The words that I only said to her was Okay maam then I left the office. We all know that we are living in this free country. We are embodied with rights by our Constitution. I think, I have the right to ask and I know theres nothing violation Ive done especially when I came to a public office querying for something good news. I know that, I also have mistake in terms of protocol circulated in the office like migrating on other office. But I think, I am not the only one who does that such gesture, there are lots. As an employee of public office and gaining only a minimal amount of allowance, I felt so pity not only with myself but also with my co-interns who travel everyday, buying foods to have energy to do the task well and bearing the struggles of being a public servant. Despite of the humiliation I garnered lately, I will face those people who criticize me and those who put me on lions den. And please, mark these words on your mind!!!!!! Many are educated but few are mannered 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😡😡😠😡😡😡😡😡😠😡😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡
