I was very tired today and really didnt want to workout today! Got to the gym and things changed!! If you give the workout thing long enough, it becomes a habit and even when your tired you find it in you to just do it!! Afterwards, you feel so good and you get a boost of energy to finish out your day!! Tomorrow, Im gonna post a pic to let you see my progress! As for the challenge, I love it!!! Not many people joining me and thats ok! Hopefully, something I say someday will motivate you!! DAY 4 50 Crunches 0 Squats (rest)
