I was wondering what fun do competitive players get out of beating casual players? Not talking about wi-fi battles and stuff tho. I met this SG dude while I was on a vacation, he realized I also play pokemon and challenged me to a battle. Im a casual player so I obviously got wiped out by him. I told him Im a casual and hes like lol Im gonna beat you so hard. He didnt actually say that, he didnt say anything actually but it was on his face. After he beat my team he wanted to rechallenge me and I rejected cause my family was waiting and I honestly felt pretty annoyed with him. I later found out that he also beat up another casual player on the same trip and the little boy, probably 14? kept on complaining to me. He told me that the dude said by battling him 3 times hell be a friend on his 3DS. I was wondering why didnt they just share their FC but I didnt say anything, cant remember why xD End rant. I just needed to get this out. I felt so sorry for the little boy cause hes so frustrated everytime he lost, the dude was probably 17 or so.
