I wasnt always this size. I wasnt always this tall. I had acne growing up. I had a weird haircut. I wanted it to be like Kid N Play but since I used the clippers on myself, it didnt really come out like that. I wore my shirts buttoned all the way to the top. I was different and I had a few bullies growing up. Some fights I won, some I lost. Sometimes I got flat out punked. Then I grew. For a while I walked around with this anger, sensitive to everything. I was picked on a lot so I had a chip on my shoulder. I didnt start the altercation but I made sure I finished it. Through the years, Ive developed some really tough skin. I get caught off guard at times especially from those I love but we all make mistakes. We all have misunderstandings. Sometimes I feel like retaliating and giving back the negative energy people give me. It would be too easy. I could cuss them out. I could ignore them. But what would that solve? Who really wins? So Ive learned its better to give it up to God and let Him sort it out. Some occasions are harder than others believe me. However, if you keep on doing what youre doing and turning that negative energy into something positive, you can really make a difference in peoples lives. Not to mention you wont be wasting your time with things that arent productive.
