I went to Prize Station at Bishan Junction 8 and i am utterly upset at the service by a person who claimed to be the boss of the shop. So i was about to play a game on the machine, putting $1 in just to realise that it had changed to $3 due to the change in prize. Well, i tried to press the coin return button but to no avail. So we ask the boss how. The boss apparently told me and my mum that "well, the sign i so big" and said he could do nothing, and hinted that he would not return the $1 to me. Well, i felt that the service, especially by the boss is horrible and he was impolite. It is not the money that i am concerned, but the poor servic e attitude. This will be the last time i will stop at Prize Station. The service by the boss gives me such an awful experience that i would wish to share with everyone. This should not be how a service person or boss should do.
