I went to a certain lumber store today, and after searching for an employee, asked if they had a particular item. She appeared to be annoyed by my question. She got on her phone and couldnt contact the department, so she just said, yeah, I dont think we carry those, and walked away. I went and looked for myself and there they were. I went to the register and told the cashier, and she shrugged her shoulders, and said sorry. So I said, Well, you can keep these, Im going to Menards, where I got excellent friendly service, and payed a few bucks less. Lesson learned.
