I went to a conference in the Fall of 2011 called The GLASS Forum, a gathering of a select group of women up to paradigm-shifting work in the realm of sustainability. I met a wonderful woman there named Katherine Collins. Previously with one of the big investment banks for years, and a graduate of Harvard’s Divinity School, she went on to found a sustainable investment firm called Honeybee Capital. A woman on a mission, forging a new path in the investment and finance world, she knew she needed to step into becoming a thought leader for her work and her message. She did my course last year to write and deliver the talk of her dreams, and it has been BEYOND incredible to see the way her work has taken off like wildfire. She quickly got invited to keynote the East Coast Bioneers Conference, has been invited to speak at industry conferences around the country, and has such clarity of passion and message that her level of recognition in her field has become completely awesome & awe- inspiring.
