I went to a friends house last week. As I stood at the door waiting for an answer 3 lads, standing over the road, were shouting the most aweful obsecenities aimed, presumably, at me. It is this type of action that has made this once great country into a cesspit of bad language and poor standards! No use complaining to their parents-they probably learned this behaviour from them! I was, however, relieved to see my friends and theirs, whose politeness and true comradeship of a fellow human being are the positive side of this rather sad equation!
